The PMW POWERFLUX HL LG Series 500W (Product Code: 01.PWFHLLG0500.00) is built to replace obsolete high-pressure sodium (HPS) and metal halide fixtures. Producing an impressive 85,000 Lumens, it creates uniform, shadow-free illumination over expansive outdoor areas while reducing overall power usage by up to 60-70%. Its optical system utilizes high-grade Polycarbonate (PC) and PMMA optics, ensuring maximum light transmission and glare control across wide physical perimeters.  

Rugged Construction & Extreme Weather Durability

Designed for harsh tropical conditions in Malaysia—including heavy rain, high humidity, and extreme heat—the PWF-0500 features a weather-sealed IP66 ingress rating and IK08 vandal/impact protection. The housing is constructed from ADC12 die-cast aluminum, offering high thermal conductivity to quickly dissipate heat. Combined with an operating temperature tolerance of -40°C to +45°C, this luminaire ensures continuous performance under demanding operating environments without light decay or driver failure.  

Advanced Electrical Architecture & Driver Stability

At the core of the PWF-0500 is an integrated, industrial-grade Moso Driver operating on a flexible voltage range of 198-440V AC (50/60Hz). Featuring a High Power Factor of >0.95 at full load, it optimizes electrical usage, reduces line loss, and prevents voltage drop issues on long cable runs. The long-lasting 108,000-hour rated life significantly lowers maintenance cycles, ladder-truck deployments, and replacement costs over its operational lifetime.

To suit diverse site requirements, the fixture is available in three distinct Correlated Color Temperatures (CCT):
