Full Description:
Zero Electricity Costs with Massive 576WH Solar Power System
Eliminate complex trenching, high wiring expenses, and recurring electricity bills with the PMW CAM-DL4.5C200Y120 Solar Camera System. Operating on a DC12V 2A high-efficiency solar panel paired with an ultra-large 576WH energy storage battery, this system ensures reliable uninterrupted operation even during extended rain cycles or monsoon seasons in Malaysia. Designed with energy-saving smart management, the camera consumes under 10W during daytime operations and under 15W at night, maximizing longevity and standby autonomy.Unmatched Clarity with 20X Optical Zoom & 2MP Full HD Lens
Capture sharp visual details over long distances with the integrated 4.5-inch PTZ Dome Camera featuring 20X Optical Zoom. Unlike digital zoom which degrades image clarity, optical zooming allows facility managers and security operators to read license plates, identify faces, and inspect structural perimeters from long ranges without pixelation. Delivering crisp 2MP (1280x1080) video resolution, this security camera ensures critical evidence is clearly documented day or night.Complete 360-Degree Panoramic PTZ Surveillance
Eliminate security blind spots across massive outdoor areas. The PMW 120W Solar Camera features a mechanical Pan-Tilt mechanism capable of 0° to 355° Horizontal rotation and 0° to 92° Vertical tilt. Combined with a multi-angle broad field of view, a single PMW unit effectively protects wide open spaces like factory compounds, agricultural farms, housing developments, and remote infrastructure sites.Flexible Dual-Connectivity: 4G SIM Card & Wi-Fi Editions
Whether you are securing an urban warehouse or a remote off-grid site with no Internet access, the PMW CAM-DL-4.5C-200Y series adapts to your site requirements:- 4G LTE Version: Inserts a standard local 4G SIM card for true standalone monitoring in remote areas like plantations, highways, and mining grounds.
- Wi-Fi Version: Connects directly to local wireless networks for straightforward, wire-free commercial and residential setup.
Remote Control, Smart Storage & Easy Mounting
Control your security ecosystem from anywhere in the world. Using the dedicated smartphone app or desktop PC software, users can pan, tilt, zoom, and live-stream video feeds anywhere, anytime. The unit supports local high-capacity TF storage, coming equipped with a standard 32GB card (expandable up to 128GB) for localized motion recording playback. Engineered for high-elevation placement, it features optimal mounting configurations up to 80m coverage radius at a recommended mounting height of 5 to 7 meters.Rugged IP65 Weatherproof Housing for Extreme Tropical Environments
Built to endure Malaysia's heavy monsoon downpours, high humidity, and scorching tropical sun, the PMW camera is fully IP65 ingress protection rated. Its industrial housing operates dependably across temperatures ranging from -20°C up to +60°C, preventing dust ingress and moisture damage for years of maintenance-free service.Specification:

Q1: How does a 120W solar CCTV camera work in Malaysia during rainy seasons?
A: The PMW 120W solar camera relies on a large 576WH solar battery system that stores solar energy collected during daylight hours.
Q2: What is the benefit of 20X optical zoom on a solar PTZ camera?
A: Optical zoom physically adjusts the lens to magnify distant objects without losing video resolution or image clarity. A 20X optical zoom allows users to view details like license plates or human facial features hundreds of meters away clearly.
Q3: Can I use the PMW 4G solar camera in locations without Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, the 4G version of the PMW CAM-DL4.5C200Y120 includes a built-in 4G SIM card module, allowing it to stream live footage directly to your phone or PC over cellular data networks without requiring local Wi-Fi router coverage.
Q4: Is the PMW solar camera waterproof for heavy outdoor rain?
A: Yes. The camera holds an IP65 weatherproof rating, which makes it completely dust-tight and fully protected against heavy rain downpours and humid tropical weather in Malaysia.
Q5: What is the power consumption of the 120W solar camera fixture?
A: The camera unit operates efficiently with a daytime power consumption of less than 10W and a nighttime power consumption of less than 15W, preserving battery reserves for long night illumination and monitoring.
Q6: How high should the PMW 120W Solar Camera be mounted?
A: The recommended installation height for optimal pan-tilt coverage and optical accuracy is between 5 to 7 meters, allowing maximum field of view across a coverage distance of up to 80 meters.
Q7: How much storage capacity does the PMW Solar Security Camera support?
A: The system comes with a standard 32GB memory card pre-installed and supports memory card expansions up to 128GB for local video storage and event recording.
Q8: Can I monitor the solar CCTV remotely on my desktop computer?
A: Yes, the PMW CAM-DL4.5C-200Y series supports remote access via both dedicated mobile phone apps (iOS & Android) and PC software platforms for real-time monitoring and PTZ control.
Q9: What is the operating temperature range for this solar camera in outdoor conditions?
A: : The system is engineered for industrial environments and functions within an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C.
