Full Description:
Engineered for High Performance & Energy Efficiency
Industrial and commercial facilities across Malaysia—from manufacturing plants in Shah Alam to logistics hubs in Penang—require lighting solutions that minimize power consumption without compromising illuminance. The PMW DUROLED QUATTRO Series DUL60 achieves this with a 160 lm/W high-efficacy engine. Delivering 9,600 lumens from just 60 Watts, it drastically reduces energy consumption compared to traditional fluorescent battens and lower-grade LED alternatives. With a color rendering index of CRI Ra80, the DUL60 ensures accurate color perception and high visual comfort in task-heavy work areas. The fitting is available in three Correlated Color Temperatures (CCT)—3000K Warm White, 4000K Cool White, and 6000K Daylight—allowing site managers and electrical contractors to easily tailor the lighting atmosphere to specific operational needs, whether for assembly lines, inspection bays, or storage aisles.
Maximum Protection: IP66 Weatherproof & IK10 Vandal-Proof
Tropical weather conditions and heavy-duty industrial environments present severe challenges to commercial light fittings. High humidity, ambient dust, heavy rain, and physical wear can cause standard fixtures to degrade prematurely. The PMW DUL60 is purpose-built to withstand these threats:- IP66 Ingress Protection: Fully dust-tight and sealed against powerful high-pressure water jets from any direction.
Suitable for outdoor wash bays, semi-exposed walkways, coastal installations, and high-moisture production zones. - IK10 Mechanical Impact Resistance: Rated at the highest international standard for impact protection (resistant to 20 Joules of energy).
The polycarbonate structure protects against accidental collisions from equipment, ladders, or targeted vandalism in public spaces.
Optimized Heat Dissipation & Long Lifespan
Thermal management is critical for LED longevity in Southeast Asia’s hot ambient conditions. The DUROLED QUATTRO DUL60 operates reliably across an extended temperature range of -20°C to +45°C. Engineered with internal thermal pathways, it maintains luminous flux and driver stability over its rated 50,000-hour lifespan, virtually eliminating routine maintenance, re-lamping costs, and facility downtime.Precise Dimensions & Versatile Application
Measuring 1200mm (Length) x 122mm (Width) x 102mm (Height), the standard 4-foot linear profile allows direct replacement of traditional 2x36W or 2x58W T8/T5 weatherproof fittings. Its wide 120° beam angle ensures uniform, glare-free light distribution across wide floors and high-ceiling corridors, reducing shadow zones and enhancing workplace safety compliance.Key Applications Include:
-
Industrial factories, processing facilities, and manufacturing assembly lines
-
Multi-story indoor car parks, loading bays, and basement transit zones
- Warehouses, logistics distribution centers, and cold storage facilities
- Outdoor walkways, building perimeters, and canopy structures
- Commercial washrooms, maintenance tunnels, and utility rooms

Q1: What is the difference between IP65 and IP66 LED weatherproof lights?
A: IP65 protects against low-pressure water jets, whereas IP66 provides superior protection against powerful high-pressure water jets from any angle.
Q2: How bright is a 60W LED weatherproof linear light with 9600 lumens?
A: At 9,600 lumens (160 lm/W efficacy), a 60W LED fitting produces light equivalent to older 2x58W fluorescent fixtures or a 150W metal halide fixture, saving over 50% in electricity costs while supplying bright, uniform illumination.
Q3: What does an IK10 impact rating mean for linear LED fittings?
A: IK10 is the highest standard rating for mechanical protection, guaranteeing that the light fixture can withstand an impact energy of 20 Joules (equivalent to dropping a 5kg mass from a height of 40cm).
Q4: Is the PMW DUROLED QUATTRO DUL60 suitable for outdoor installation in Malaysia?
A:Yes. With an IP66 weatherproof rating, anti-UV housing materials, and an operational temperature threshold of up to +45°C, it is designed for Malaysia’s tropical weather and high humidity.
Q5: Which color temperature (CCT) should I choose: 3000K, 4000K, or 6000K?
A: 3000K (Warm White) is ideal for ambient areas and hospitality; 4000K (Cool White) works best for general office/retail or task lighting; and 6000K (Daylight) is recommended for high-precision manufacturing, warehouses, and car parks.
Q6: How long does the PMW 60W LED Weatherproof Linear Light last?
A:The fixture is rated for a long lifespan of 50,000 operating hours, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
Q7: Can the PMW DUL60 LED linear light be used in cold room storage?
A: Yes, the operating temperature starts as low as -20°C, making it suitable for cold storage, walk-in freezers, and chilled processing rooms.
Q8: What is the beam angle of the PMW DUROLED QUATTRO 60W fixture?
A: It features a wide 120° beam angle that distributes light evenly over large surface areas to reduce dark spots and glare.
Q9: Where can I buy PMW LED Weatherproof Linear Lights (DUL60) in Malaysia?
A: PMW products are available through authorized industrial electrical distributors, lighting suppliers, and B2B engineering supply vendors across Malaysia.
