Electrical safety is paramount in modern buildings. Unlike standard single pole sockets that only isolate the live wire, the Schneider Unica X NUX15DN_JB features Double Pole (2P) isolation. This means both the Live (L) and Neutral (N) connections are disconnected simultaneously when turned off.Double pole switching provides crucial protection against:
- Residual voltage and electrical shock hazards.
- Power surges and neutral fault loops.
- Potential safety issues in heavy-duty home appliances, entertainment centers, and kitchen electronics.
Built-in Soft-Glow LED Indicator
Never guess if power is active. The integrated LED indicator provides a clean, soft-glow illumination that lets users visually verify power status at a glance—even in low-light environments. Perfect for dark hallways, home theaters, bedrooms, and executive desks, the integrated LED adds modern convenience without emitting intrusive brightness.
Premium Stainless Steel Durability
Crafted from solid stainless steel, the faceplate of the Unica X series offers superior resistance against wear, fading, and daily scuffs compared to standard plastic wall switches. The premium Jet Black finish stays rich over time, resisting fingerprints and maintaining its high-end finish across high-traffic residential and commercial spaces.
Universal Compatibility & Easy Installation
Designed to meet standard Malaysian and British Standard (BS 1363) installation practices, the NUX15DN_JB fits standard 1-gang wall back boxes for simple retrofit or new-build flush installation. It operates on standard 250V 50Hz single-phase electrical networks, making it fully compatible with domestic appliances, laptop chargers, kitchen tools, and media systems.
