Schneider AvatarOn 1 Gang 1 Way Switch White

Introduction to Modern Elegance: The Schneider AvatarOn Series

Interior design is moving toward clean lines, minimalist geometry, and seamless wall integration. The Schneider AvatarOn Series 16AX 250V 1 Gang 1 Way Switch in classic White (Model: E8331L1_WE_G11) is engineered to meet these exact architectural demands. Moving away from bulky, outdated switch designs, AvatarOn introduces an innovative frameless profile that acts as a subtle yet sophisticated canvas for contemporary interiors.

Unmatched Electrical Engineering and Performance

Beneath its minimalist exterior lies heavy-duty Schneider Electric engineering. Built to handle a rated current of 16AX at 250V AC (50/60Hz), this 1-pole 1-way switch easily supports standard residential and commercial lighting loads. Whether managing heavy-duty LED arrays, traditional downlights, or decorative chandeliers, the internal mechanism ensures stable circuit interruption, minimal arc degradation, and smooth tactile feedback across thousands of switching cycles.

Certified Compliance with Malaysian and International Standards

• MS IEC 60669-1 (Malaysian Standard for switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations)
• BS EN 60669-1 / IEC 60669-1 (International Electrotechnical Commission benchmarks)
• SS 227-1 (Singapore Standard compliance)

These certifications guarantee that the switch withstands local tropical conditions, thermal variations, and mechanical stress, protecting end-users against electrical hazards.

Versatile Integration for Residential and Commercial Spaces

The clean white finish and adaptable 1-gang configuration make this unit a versatile selection for various applications across Malaysia:

1. Residential Homes: Ideal for bedrooms, hallways, living rooms, and kitchens requiring a single point of control for individual light groups.
2. Commercial Offices: Enhances boardroom aesthetics, private offices, and hospitality reception areas where clean architectural details matter.
3. Retail & Hospitality: Compliments boutique retail shops, cafes, and hotels looking for sleek, uniform electrical finishing.
