Modern Elegance Meets Advanced Lighting Performance

Upgrade your home, workplace, or retail shopfront with the WELLMAX LED Recessed Downlight (Athena Series) Round 18W. Engineered by WELLMAX—a global leader in LED technology—the Athena series combines sleek aesthetic design with high-lumen output to elevate indoor spaces across Malaysia. Whether you are renovating a modern living room in Kuala Lumpur or fitting out a office in Penang, this premium recessed ceiling downlight gives you a seamless, clean architectural finish.

Exceptional Energy Efficiency & High Brightness

Operating at an efficient 18 Watts, the WELLMAX Athena Series produces an impressive 1,800 Lumens of illumination. Boasting a luminous efficiency of 100 lm/W, it replaces traditional halogen or compact fluorescent downlights while slashing electricity bills by up to 85%. Powered by a wide input voltage range of 100–240V / 220–240V (50/60Hz) with a stable power factor of 0.5, this light fixture ensures steady, reliable output even during slight grid fluctuations.

Eye Comfort Technology & Photobiological Safety

Eye protection is central to the design of the Athena series. It features advanced Anti-Glare optical engineering combined with Flicker-Free driver technology to eliminate invisible stroboscopic flicker that causes eye fatigue, strain, and headaches during prolonged exposure. Tested and certified under Photobiological Safety Risk Group 0 (Risk 0), it emits zero harmful blue light risks, making it extremely safe for study rooms, offices, bedrooms, and children's areas.

Natural Color Reproduction & Wide Beam Coverage

Featuring a high Color Rendering Index of CRI >80, the WELLMAX Athena downlight ensures that interior decor, wall colors, furniture, and products look vivid, true, and natural under artificial light. The generous 120° wide beam angle spreads soft, uniform ambient lighting across large floor areas, reducing dark corners and harsh shadows.

Versatile CCT Options for Every Ambience

Customize your room's atmosphere with three core Color Temperature options:

• 3000K (Warm White): Creates a cozy, relaxing ambiance perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, and hotel lounges.
• 4000K (Cool White/Neutral): Ideal for balanced, natural illumination in kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, and study areas.
• 6500K (Daylight): Delivers crisp, bright white light suited for home offices, retail stores, showrooms, and commercial setups requiring maximum visibility.

Long Lifespan & Seamless Ceiling Installation

Constructed with durable materials designed to withstand ambient operating temperatures from -20°C to +40°C, the light fixture offers an outstanding lifespan of up to 25,000 hours and over 15,000 switching cycles. This translates to years of maintenance-free performance without the hassle of frequent bulb replacements. Designed for effortless installation, the unit features a overall outer dimension of Ø223mm × 33mm and fits common standard ceiling cutouts between Ø195mm and Ø210mm.
