High-Performance Modern Architectural Illumination

Upgrade your indoor environment with the WELLMAX Athena Series 12W Square Recessed LED Downlight, meticulously engineered for superior brightness, structural durability, and energy savings. Built to fit standard ceiling cutout hole sizes of Ø140–160mm, this square panel fixture provides a seamless, flush-mounted finish suitable for plaster ceilings, gypsum boards, and dropped ceiling grids commonly found in Malaysian homes, condominiums, and commercial lots. Generating an impressive light output of 1200 lumens while consuming only 12 Watts, the Athena Series boasts a high luminous efficiency of 100 lm/W. Compared to conventional 100W halogen or compact fluorescent recessed fixtures, this LED downlight cuts lighting electricity consumption significantly without compromising illumination quality.

Visual Comfort: Anti-Glare & Eye-Protective Engineering

Eye strain, visual discomfort, and fatigue caused by low-quality fixtures are critical concerns in daily living and working spaces. The WELLMAX Athena Series features advanced anti-glare optical diffusers paired with an integrated Flicker-Free driver. This driver eliminates subtle stroboscopic flickering, delivering stable and soft illumination across an expansive 120° beam angle.  Additionally, the fixture meets Risk 0 Photobiological Safety standards, ensuring no harmful blue light risks or stroboscopic hazards. Combined with a Color Rendering Index (CRI) >80, the unit accurately reproduces natural colors, making interior textures, paint colors, and furnishings look vibrant and true to life.

Versatile Color Temperatures (CCT) for Any Ambience

The WELLMAX 12W Square Downlight is available in three distinct color temperatures to suit varying design preferences and spatial moods:

• 3000K Warm White: Creates a cozy, relaxing, and inviting atmosphere—ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, hotel suites, and dining areas
• 4000K Cool White: Provides a balanced, clean, natural white light—perfect for modern kitchens, study areas, bathrooms, and corridors.
• 6500K Daylight: Delivers crisp, vibrant, high-clarity lighting tailored for commercial offices, retail displays, art studios, and workrooms.

Built for Durability and Malaysian Electrical Environments

Designed with wide-voltage driver compatibility (100-240V / 220-240V, 50/60Hz), the Athena Series comfortably handles voltage spikes and electrical fluctuations common in regional power grids. With an extended operational lifespan of 25,000 hours and an endurance rating of over 15,000 switching cycles, this recessed light offers years of zero-maintenance operation. Its solid physical construction measuring 168mm × 168mm × 33mm comes rated at IP20, designed for optimal performance in indoor ambient operating temperatures between -20°C and 40°C. Whether installing in residential home renovations or commercial interior fit-outs, WELLMAX delivers quality lighting backed by trusted international performance.
