Full Description:
Elevate your interior design and electrical infrastructure with the Schneider Unica X Series 13A 250V 1 Gang Double Pole Switch Socket Outlet with LED Indicator in Dark Bronze (SKU: NUX15DN_DB). As modern architectural trends shift towards rich, tactile metallic finishes, standard white plastic switches can compromise the aesthetic appeal of premium spaces. The Unica X collection addresses this by offering high-grade stainless steel faceplates engineered to blend seamlessly with contemporary feature walls, wooden accents, minimalist industrial textures, and luxury home interiors.
Premium Dark Bronze Stainless Steel Aesthetics
Crafted with high-quality stainless steel metal plates, the Unica X NUX15DN_DB offers superior resistance against wear, scratches, and daily mechanical stress compared to conventional PC/ABS plastic wall fittings. The rich Dark Bronze finish provides an elegant, anti-fingerprint surface that enhances living rooms, master bedrooms, high-end commercial offices, luxury hotels, and retail outlets. Its ultra-slim, flush-mounted profile sits flat against the wall, delivering a clean finish that complements modern interior design layouts.
Enhanced Safety with Double Pole Switching & LED Indicator
Safety is paramount in any electrical installation. The NUX15DN_DB features Double Pole (DP) switching, which isolates both the Live and Neutral connections simultaneously when turned off. This offers significantly higher protection against electrical faults, residual current, and power surges compared to standard single-pole switches—making it an ideal power point for sensitive electronic devices, home entertainment hubs, office workstations, and high-usage kitchen appliances. Additionally, the integrated LED power indicator offers clear visual feedback, allowing users to verify active power connectivity at a glance, even in low-light environments.
Engineered for Malaysian Electrical Systems
Designed for full compatibility with standard Malaysian 240V/250V electrical supply networks (50Hz), this 13A Type-G socket easily accommodates all standard 3-pin plugs used locally. Built to meet strict global and national regulatory safety benchmarks—including BS 1363 and IEC 60884—the socket features high IP20 ingress protection and robust internal contact mechanics, ensuring cool operation, low contact resistance, and a extended operational lifespan across thousands of plug insertions.
